Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit nocodiem.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only — work we do for clients is governed by the agreement we sign with them.

Who we are

Nocodiem ("we", "us") operates nocodiem.com. For privacy questions or to exercise any of the rights below, contact us at contact@nocodiem.com.

What we collect

We keep this deliberately minimal. There are three sources:

• Analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and none of this is collected.
• Booking details. If you book a call, that happens on Cal.com. You provide your name, email address and whatever you write in the booking form. We receive this so we can hold the meeting.
• Server logs. Our host, Vercel, records standard request data including IP address, user agent and timestamps. This is automatic, necessary to serve the site, and used for security and reliability.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing, and there is no newsletter signup or contact form on this site.

Legal basis

• Analytics: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Booking a call: necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• Server logs: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website.

Cookies

The only cookies we set are Google Analytics cookies, and only after you accept. We also store your cookie choice itself in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again — this stays on your device and is never sent to us.

To change your mind, use the Cookies link in the site footer. Declining is as easy as accepting, and nothing on the site stops working either way.

Who else processes your data

• Google (Google Analytics) — analytics, only with your consent.
• Cal.com — scheduling, if you book a call.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery.

Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

We are based in the United States, so your information is processed there. If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, this means your data is transferred outside your region — our providers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained by Google under our configured retention setting (up to 14 months) and then deleted. Booking details are kept for as long as needed for the enquiry and our records. Server logs are short-lived and managed by our host.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.

Email contact@nocodiem.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response and you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you can complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your data will be reflected here before they take effect.
