This policy explains how Nocodiem (we, us, our) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit nocodiem.com or get in touch. By using the site or contacting us, you agree to what is described here.
What this site collects
Almost nothing. This website is a single page. It has no forms, no sign-up, no tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies. We do not run analytics on it, so we do not know who visits, where they came from, or what they read.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser details, for security and reliability. That is ordinary infrastructure logging, not something we analyse.
If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live.
Information you give us
When you book a working session or email us, we collect what you choose to tell us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you share about your operation or your enquiry. Booking is handled by Cal.com, so the details you enter there are held by them as well as by us.
How we use it
- To reply to you and answer what you asked;
- To schedule and run calls with you;
- To prepare and deliver work you have engaged us for;
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train anything of ours.
Data inside a client engagement
This policy covers the website. If you become a client, the systems we build handle your customers’ calls and messages, which is a much larger question and is governed by your engagement agreement rather than by this page.
What that agreement settles in writing before anything goes live: retention, whether calls are recorded, where the data is stored, and who can access it. The platforms underneath, your phone provider and the voice provider, have their own data handling, and we confirm exactly what each one does with call audio and transcripts during scoping.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to operate, and only as far as they need it: Cal.com for scheduling, Vercel for hosting, and our email provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, email contact@nocodiem.com.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

We link to third-party tools, including Cal.com. Their privacy practices are their own and we are not responsible for them. Read their policies before using them.
Children
This site and our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Please check it from time to time.
