About Nocodiem
Nocodiem builds and operates customer-side AI systems for home and field service businesses: the systems that answer calls and messages, take job intake, and book work into the scheduler a business already runs. This website describes what we do.
Using the site
Use it for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with it, access it in a way that could harm it or other visitors, or use automated means to scrape or copy it without our permission.
Our services and engagements
This site is for information. Booking a working session or emailing us is a request to talk, not a binding agreement for services. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate service agreement that we provide and you accept before work begins. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to the work it covers.
Pricing
No prices are published on this site. What an engagement costs, what it includes, and how payment works are set out in your service agreement. Third-party costs, such as your phone or voice provider’s own charges, are separate and paid directly to those providers.
What is on this site
Any call logs, message threads, or company names shown as examples are illustrative and fictional. They demonstrate how a system behaves. They are not client data and not a claim about results.
Intellectual property
This website and its content, including its design, text, graphics, and the Nocodiem name and logo, belong to Nocodiem or its licensors and are protected by law. Do not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. Work we create for clients is governed by your service agreement, and you own the deliverables it provides for, as set out there.
Content you provide
If you send us content, such as brand assets, text, or images, you are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to share it with us and to have us use it in your project.
Third-party services
We use and link to third-party tools, including Cal.com for scheduling. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

This site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nocodiem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
